GoOpti Seems to be an airport shuttle service with price and availability based on passenger demand. If you Will Be arriving at Venice Marco Polo airport and going Directly to Ljubljana, this might be a good option for you. But, It Seems That The price is based on how many people Will use it on a Particular day. If four different people want to use the shuttle service from Marco Polo, the shuttle Will wait for the LAST ONE to arrive - ". Waiting time of four hours" that's What They mean about the They're not going to run a shuttle for EACH person. If you arrived at 10:00 and the last person arrived at Marco Polo at 14:00, you Will Have to wait up to 14:00 to depart for Ljubljana.
DRD Would you get into Ljubljana from Mestre (short train ride from Venice Santa Lucia station) at about 3:00 p.m.. If you want to get Earlier, you can take a train to Trieste, take a taxi to Sezana, Slovenia, and the process from there on to Ljubljana goal that's going to take longer than the bus and be more of a hassle.

Just beautiful - and less expensive than Greece.
You can do it on that budget - you'd have to go on the cheaps to do that in Greece (and, the travel to the nice islands is very time consuming).
